Dear Moms and Dads,

Parents may apply for Lunch Pass at the administrative office only if their children need special assistance during lunch time. Students with Lunch Pass may stay in the area near the school gate while they are being assisted by their parent/nanny only for the duration of the student’s lunch break.

Parents who would like to bring lunch for their children may leave the lunch box (properly labeled with student's name and grade level) at the school receptionist. For preschool students, their lunch boxes will be delivered to their respective classrooms by the school staff. Letter on Opening of Classes

An advisory letter on what time to arrive and what to bring on the first day of class.

Dear Parents,

I am teacher Eve, faculty member of the Sacred Heart Academy. I would like to apologize if our school advisory is on such short notice. Please be reminded of our opening of classes for first graders is tomorrow instead of September 1. We will still follow the same daily schedule of classes from 10am-3pm.

Your child may wear casual clothes, if he/she has no uniform ready yet. Also have your child bring all his notebooks and school things properly labeled with his/her name on it. This is to avoid any case of loss items.

Thank you very much.
